Forms Management is a system designed to simplify ordering your printed products and shipping to your location(s) as needed. This is a especially helpful for compaines who have multiple locations to ship their printed supplies to.

For Example:

One client of ours is a Property Management Company. Corporate orders all the various forms their managers use to rent apartments and condominiums. We created a customized "managers list" of all their forms we store in our warehouse and distributed them to their managers. When they run low on forms, they check off on a list the items they need and fax it directly to us. We then "pull-n-pack" and ship directly to the Apartment or Condominium complex.

Forms Management monthly reports and services include the following:

  • Print your order and store them in our on-site warehouse (or your warehouse - inventory only)
  • Ship quantity you request to your location(s).
  • Inventory Reports - (list on-hand inventory currently stored)
  • Inventory Status & Valuation Report - (shows product currently stored, minimum and average monthly use, months usage left)
  • Usage Summary Reports (report of all stored items with a current year to year usagae compaarison, usage current period and avaerage monthly usage).
  • Suggested Re-Order Reports - (reports items that are low on inventory for re-order).
  • Summary Reports - (description of stored product, quantity currently stored, number of cartons, packages per carton, total on hand).
  • Budget Reports - (reports cost of product, yearly budget,dollar budget to date, remaining budget, percent used and amount over and under budget)
  • Release History Reports - (activity of product shipped to various locations).

This is also useful for compaines who just order their business forms in large quantities but have little space to store them. Keep in mind the larger the quantity ordered the lower the cost per thousand.
